Returns Policy


If you wish to return an item, it should be complete, unused and in resale-able condition. Please email us using the contact us page to notify us of your intent to return and we will instruct the best method of return. You may also send a letter in writing via the post but we ask that you obtain a proof of postage for the letter. You have fourteen working days after receipt  to change your mind about an item.  Items returned are at the customers own cost and we ask that they are returned within 7 days after the initial fourteen working day cancellation period and a refund for the items returned  will be issued via the method of payment used when ordered. We ask that where there has been a delay with delivery where the delay was the fault of the delivery service that you contact us immediately if you wish to cancel due to the delay as this may affect the returns procedure. 

B2b transactions, we will gladly accept a return as outlined above however the refund will solely be for the cost of the item and all postage costs will be covered by the customer.

Returning Faulty Items.

In the unlikely event that an item is not as described or is faulty or damaged, we will request the item back and a full refund will be given on receipt. Where a return is required we will advise the best way to return the item and advice given regarding obtaining proof of postage and recorded delivery. The refund for return and out going postage will be made using the same method as the the original payment was made.

Damage Claims.

Where an item has been damaged in transit we may request proof of damage and supporting information in order to make a claim.

Payment Options.

Currently, we are able to accept Cheque, Nochex and direct bank payments. All our electronic payments are handled through Nochex. You can make credit card payments via Nochex. Payments made by Personal Cheque or Postal Order will not be shipped until funds have been received/cleared. Please make payment payable to 'The Moulds Shop'.
