Delivery Terms And Conditions

The Moulds Shop has a processing time based on working days, this varies between 1 and 72 hours but we try to process orders as soon as we possibly can, most orders are dispatched within 48 hours Monday to Friday. Your delivery method selection does not include processing time and the delivery time proceeds as soon as your order has been updated to dispatched. You are sent an email as soon as the order has been dispatched. You will be sent another email in the morning of the day that your order is due to be delivered. An hour’s time window for delivery will be offered, we cannot guarantee that this part of the service..

Whilst we advertise 24 and 48 hour delivery, this is based on working days. Occasionally the delivery does not reach its destination in the time offered this is beyond our control and also the control of the courier service although 99.9% of the time the courier company do deliver within their time limits. We can only apologise where deliveries are delayed.

The Royal Mail option states delivery within three to five days, quite often we will dispatch first class for next day delivery, again Royal Mail’s service can fail and we can only apologise on their behalf.

Damages Due to undelivered parcels: Due to the nature of the products we sell, occasionally items can become damaged, 99% of damages occur when a Parcel has been delivered and there was no one home to accept it, parcels are then returned to the depot for a repeat delivery. We accept that not all customers will be home when their parcel is delivered but where you know that you probably won't be home we do ask that a neighbour's house number be provided for delivery. UK Mail will deliver up to three times, The Moulds Shop can not be held responsible if you are not home for all three deliveries and the parcel then has to be returned to us, this will incur an additional charge.

Working Hours: We process orders Monday to Friday 9am until 3pm when the courier collects. Orders taken Thursday, Friday, and at weekends will usually not be processed until the following Monday unless we are particularly quiet. We do try to dispatch orders where the 24 hour delivery service has been selected as quickly as possible and often the same day where the order has been made before midday. Orders are not always dispatched in the order that they were made, some orders are easy to pack and do not require much handling, orders that require a lot of handling do take longer to pack although on the whole we do try to pack orders in the order that they are received. We have been known to be packing an order before it has even been paid for.

The Moulds Shop cannot be responsible for a parcel that has had a request to be left in a safe place and then stolen or damaged.

Royal Mail: Royal Mail parcels are not tracked but are insured to £20.00. When using the Royal Mail service, we expect parcels to be delivered within 3 to 5 working days. If you parcel has not been delivered within this time please contact us immediately so that we can deal with the problem.

Non delivery due to wrong customer details:  The Moulds Shop cannot be held responsible where your address details are incorrect. Your information is copied to the printed postage labels, incorrect post codes and house numbers or missing details may not be detected, this causes parcels to be delayed or go missing. A return address is placed on every parcel that is dispatched and we will refund the cost of the item once the parcel has been returned to us. We do ask that you check your details very carefully before placing the order and your address details are visible several times throughout the payment and processing stage. Where a customer inputs the wrong address details costs for re-routing the parcel may be charged, this cost may be as high as £17, The Moulds Shop can not be responsible for this cost.

Payment cards: We do not handle any payment card details, your payment is taken via a secure payment processor.


The Moulds Shop cannot be held responsible for parcels that have had attempted deliveries and returned to a courier depot and where contact with the courier company is not made within three days of the first delivery attempt. Please note that parcels returned to a depot and not collected/ re-delivery arranged within 3 working days may be returned to us and will incur a return charge of £12.00. Where an item is returned undamaged and due to non collection, a refund less postage costs and any costs will be refunded back to you.
